Private House

The old villa in Tel Aviv needed a thorough renovation to suit the needs of the new tenants and the design required: a modern urban style, not afraid of color.

The living room window has been expanded to bring the garden in. Wood flooring was placed in space. The power wall was covered with a concrete effect combined with golden lighting adds a hint of jewelry like effect. An Italian-designed blue sofa throws a splash of color combined with a big work of art made by the designer’s hands. The stair rail combines a unique mesh features circles pattern imported from New Zealand.

In the kitchen a high durability countertop was implemented, combined with golden lighting as well as an abstract backsplash.

In the vanity, black flooring was applied in a fishbone pattern, along with a matching black sink.

In order to create the master suite, two bedrooms and a bathroom were combined, creating a large space that enables a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The walls and ceilings painted in dark blue, providing comfort and luxury, along with the curtains, carpets and other furniture, together they create a soft, caressing feeling.

In the parents’ bathroom, the dark line continues with a black porcelain flooring and wall coverings with matching cabinet. In the girl’s room, bright colors with a pink cornice together with the accessories in the room, complementing the delicate design line that suits the character of the girl. In her bathroom white tiles together with black decoration that creates peaceful feel.

The baby’s room was painted in color games of gray tones, combined with sweet and childish accessories.
