A young family purchased a private home in Herzliya, in order to fulfill their dream of raising children in a spacious house with a luxurious garden.
The house over 30 years old was in need of serious renovation and had a small, old-fashioned kitchen, different flooring on each level, simple stair railings and old decaying doors….. …
So the modern taste of the customers together with the special touch of interior designer, Shlomi Butansky, the whole house underwent an entire makeover!
The house was completely renovated with materials that included high-quality parquet flooring laid on all levels of the house including the stairs to create uniformity.
A large kitchen with island was installed together with an adjacent dining area to provide a perfect hosting space.
Pandor doors were installed throughout the house.
The highlight, the stair railing! The staircase really stands out and can be seen from every corner of the house; so naturally Shlomi chose to empower them with a unique and impressive iron rail with a circular pattern oven painted in a shade of gray. Appropriate lighting was combined to enhance the area to create a contemporary and daring look.
Additionally and in order to save costs, the designer and the customers upgraded the couple’s parents’ old bed and reupholstered it themselves.
